Across from the Blue Hen Corp. Center, turn onto Transportation Circle Make a right onto Public Safety Boulevard The DTC Dover office is on the right following the curve.

From South Dupont Highway, Route 13 & Route 113 - (South of Loockerman Street):

Turn onto Public Safety Boulevard (located between Cowgill Street and Laurel Avenue). The DTC Dover office is on the left.
