Employment Opportunities at Delaware Transit Corp. The following job postings are for positions available within the Delaware Transit Corporation (DTC). Based upon the latest economic forecast, a hiring freeze has been implemented for all State agencies except Legislative, Judicial, Higher Education and local school districts and charter schools. Positions listed under DTC job postings have been approved for current employees only. These non-merit positions require submission of a DTC application.  Applications may also be accessed by phone request, email request or walk-in to a DTC site.
A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or permit is required for all bus operator and maintenance positions, as well as the ability to pass a post-employment job offer, drug screen, and physical. Direct Deposit of paychecks is required as a condition of employment for all new employees.
